How protection works

1Keep the transaction on AMAKETPay through the checkout shown for the order. Payments sent directly to a seller or courier may not be verifiable.
2Follow the recorded deliveryReview delivery updates and keep your contact details available for the courier where needed.
3Inspect before confirming receiptConfirm only after you physically receive and reasonably inspect the package.
4Report a genuine issue promptlyOpen the relevant order or contact support with a clear explanation and useful evidence.

When to ask for help

Contact support where an eligible marketplace order has not been delivered, arrives damaged, contains missing paid items, or is materially different from its listing. Keep the item, packaging, order reference, delivery details, photos and relevant messages where practical. AMAKET may request additional information to understand the issue fairly.

Fair review for everyone

Buyer Protection is a support and dispute-handling process, not insurance or an unconditional refund promise. Reviews consider the available platform record and evidence from the parties. Buyers must make truthful, order-specific claims; sellers and delivery partners must cooperate with reasonable evidence requests. Fraudulent claims, forged evidence, abusive disputes or chargeback misuse may lead to restrictions and lawful recovery action. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
